Dispatch & Office Associate (Trucking/Warehouse)
About Us
We are a locally owned warehousing and trucking company with a strong focus on service and reliability. We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Associate to support our trucking division and warehouse office. This role helps coordinate our local 5-tonne trucks and responds to customer inquiries to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist with daily dispatch operations for our local 5-tonne trucks
-Communicate with drivers to support timely pickups and deliveries
-Respond to customer emails and inquiries professionally and promptly
-Enter, update, and maintain information in internal systems
-Collaborate with the warehouse team to support smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
-Confident with email, spreadsheets, and general office tools
-Dispatching/transportation coordination experience is an asset (not required)
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
